The housing of the oil-immersed test transformer and the housing of the operating system must be reliably grounded. The X end of the high voltage winding of the test transformer and the F end of the measurement winding must be reliably grounded.
Single oil-immersed test transformer for use
1. Before the test, the high voltage tail “mountain” end of the oil-immersed test transformer should be reliably grounded, otherwise it will endanger the safety of the person and the equipment.
2, before operation must be familiar with the oil immersed test transformer and power control box electrical principle and use method.
3. Connection according to the wiring diagram shown in the oil-immersed test transformer manual.
4, preparation and safety measures are ready, oil immersed test transformer air test equipment.
5. After there is no abnormal situation in the air test, connect the tested product.
6, turn on the power supply, control box (Taiwan) power indicator light.
7. Press the closing button and the closing indicator lights up.
8, clockwise even pressure, watch the voltmeter to reach the stage voltage amplitude and the condition of the test until the rated test voltage.
9, continue to stipulate the voltage time and watch the ammeter and the test.
10. When the pressure time is up, watch the kV meter and quickly return the voltage regulator to zero.
11, with the discharge rod by resistance discharge, and then directly ground discharge.
12, the high voltage part may be charged one by one discharge, change or remove the high voltage wire lead, so a (phase) test is terminated.
