Maintenance and upkeep of motor test bench

Purpose of motor test bench: mainly used for performance testing of motors, engines, and wind energy engines.

The countertop adopts double enclosure, single enclosure, and box type. It can process V-shaped, T-shaped, U-shaped grooves, circular holes, long holes, etc., and can be used for various workpieces such as production testing, marking, fitter, riveting, etc. It can be used on various workpieces.

Maintenance and upkeep:

To prevent deformation of the motor test bench, when lifting the cast iron test bench, four equally long steel wire ropes should be used to hang the four lifting holes on the cast iron table surface at the same time, so that the cast iron test bench can be smoothly lifted onto the transport vehicle.

Place the cast iron table cushion in place, level the support points, and ensure that each support point is evenly stressed, making the entire cast iron table stable.

When installing the motor test bench on the cast iron platform, each support point of the cast iron plate is padded and compacted with adjusting shims, and the technical personnel adjust the cast iron plate to meet the accuracy requirements.

When using a cast iron platform, the workpiece should be handled gently and rough workpieces should not be moved onto the cast iron plate to avoid damage such as bumps and scratches on the surface.

To prevent overall deformation of the cast iron platform, the workpiece should be removed from the cast iron plate after use to avoid long-term heavy pressure on the cast iron plate, which may cause deformation of the cast iron plate.

When the cast iron countertop is not in use, the working surface should be cleaned in a timely manner, then coated with a layer of anti rust oil, and covered with anti rust paper. The cast iron countertop should be covered on the outer packaging of the cast iron countertop to prevent damage caused by carelessness.

The cast iron tabletop of the motor test bench should be located in a ventilated and dry place, away from heat sources, corrosive gases, and corrosive liquids.

The cast iron welding platform is subject to regular weekly inspections according to standards, and the inspection period can be determined from 6 to 12 months based on specific circumstances. Packaging methods: Iron plate packaging and wooden packaging, with the platform surface wrapped in plastic film, suitable for inland transportation of flat plates. It has good moisture-proof, shockproof, rust proof, and anti rough loading and unloading protection measures to ensure that the flat plates arrive at the site safely.
