Calibration steps of loop resistance tester

In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of the loop resistance tester, we must first calibrate the equipment before the measurement to ensure safe and correct operation. We understand that this instrument is used to test the DC resistance of transformers, motors, transformers and other equipment. Temperature range: working temperature 5-49. It has the advantages of high precision, good repeatability, and simple key operation. Next, let’s take a look at the calibration method of the loop resistance tester.

Step 1: Open the meter cover and be careful not to damage the two wires connecting the power switch on the circuit board. Place the three calibration regulators on the lower right side of the circuit board; allow the meter to run for at least 1/2 hHV Hipot Electric Co., Ltd. under this environmental condition, and start the test only after reaching self-balance.

Step 2: Connect one end of the cable to the alligator clip, and the other end to the banana plug. Connect both ends of the resistor with alligator clips. There are three calibration regulators, the upper one is for “humidity” measurement, the middle one is for “impedance”, and the lower one is for “temperature adjustment with a small screwdriver”. The clockwise direction is incremental adjustment, and the counterclockwise direction is decremental adjustment.

Step 3: Press the power switch and compare “temperature”, “humidity” and “resistance value” at the same time. Press the power switch resistance again, how will the loop resistance tester calibrate and observe the LCD screen? Close the watch cover and tighten the fHV Hipot Electric Co., Ltd. fixing screws. Press the power switch to make sure * is working properly.
