Debugging method of trace moisture analyzer

The trace moisture analyzer under HV Hipot Electric Co., Ltd. power can help many power workers conduct various power tests more conveniently.

The micro moisture analyzer is also known as the Karl Fischer moisture analyzer. There are moisture measuring instruments, moisture meters, moisture meters, moisture detectors, moisture meters, and moisture measuring instruments in the same category. Mainly used for the detection of samples with low moisture content. After years of improvement, the accuracy has been greatly improved and the measurement range has been expanded. Debugging method:

1. Processing electrolytic cells

Gently shake the electrolytic cell of the trace moisture analyzer a few times to allow the moisture on the inner wall of the bottle to be fully absorbed by the electrolyte. Then place the electrolytic cell in the bracket, turn on the stirring switch, and adjust the speed of stirring to form a small vortex on the liquid surface; Insert the measuring electrode plug and the electrolysis electrode plug into the corresponding sockets of the host and make good contact, then turn on the electrolysis switch. Attention: In the iodine state, the green lights of the measurement signal indicator and the electrolysis signal indicator are all off, only one red light is on, and the digital display does not count.

2. Adjust the balance of electrolyte

If the electrolytic cell is still in a deep iodine state, use a 50ul micro sampler to extract 10ul of distilled water each time, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, inject the electrolyte into the liquid level of the electrolytic cell through a small hole, and inject it below the middle of the plug at any time. Observe the color change of the electrolyte until it turns light yellow. The measurement signal light and the green light of the electrolytic signal light indicate that the counter starts counting. Using fresh electrolyte and keeping the bottle dry, approximately 30-50ul of water needs to be injected. Wait for the counting to stop, then stop stirring, pick up the electrolytic cell and shake it a few times to allow the water on the inner wall of the electrolytic cell bottle to be absorbed again. After the endpoint alarm, calibration can be performed.

3. Calibration of trace moisture analyzer

After the electrolyte stabilizes, use a 0.5ul micro sampler to extract 0.3ul of distilled water, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, and inject below the liquid level. The instrument starts counting and reaches the endpoint. Display 300 ± 30ug of water, calibrate continuously 2-3 times, and the count value is within the required range, indicating the accuracy of the instrument. Note: The error of the trace moisture analyzer is not greater than ± 0.3%, but considering the ± 5% capacity error and human operation error of the microsampler, it is calibrated with distilled water (100%) with a tolerance of ± 10%.
