2. The wiring of the testing device is incorrect;

What can be eliminated
1. Carefully check whether the equipment is grounded and whether the grounding wire has a break before real-time monitoring;
2. Check the on/off status of the high and low voltage coils of the excitation transformer;
3. Check if the wiring of the reactor is incorrect.
4. Check the conductivity of the voltage divider signal line;
5. Check the conductivity of the high and low voltage capacitor arms of the voltage divider;
6. When the device is boosted, there is no resonance point, and the continuity of the compensation capacitor must be checked.
