General technical requirements for resonance

Variable frequency series resonant automatic protection device

1. The experimental equipment should be equipped with protective devices such as overvoltage (output voltage exceeding the set value), overcurrent, zero position protection, and transient overvoltage generated during sample breakdown. In abnormal working conditions, the automatic protection device should automatically shut down.

2. The automatic protection device should have sufficient anti-interference ability. When the testing equipment is working normally, the automatic protection device should not operate.  

3. The protective setting value adjustment potentiometer adopts the method of adjusting inside the panel small hole or other structural methods that are not easy to change the setting value arbitrarily, to avoid the setting value being mistakenly changed during the test process.  

4. It should have a grounding discharge device to ensure the safety of the staff.  

Variable frequency series resonance measurement system

1. The high-voltage output voltmeter and its voltage divider should use digital meters, and the system measurement error should not exceed ± 2%.

2. The voltage division ratio of the voltage divider should be sufficiently stable within the maximum operating voltage and normal operating temperature range, and its error should be less than ± 1% of the rated voltage division ratio.  

3. The excitation transformer output voltmeter and its voltage divider should use digital or analog meters, and the system measurement error should not exceed ± 2%.  

4. The output ammeter should use a digital meter, and the system measurement error should not exceed ± 2%.

5. The output frequency meter of the frequency converter should use a digital meter, and the measurement error should not exceed 1% of the reading; The minimum resolution of the meter reading is 0.1Hz; within the range of 25 ℃± 10 ℃, the frequency display instability within 15 minutes is not greater than 0.1Hz.

6. Resonant degree display instrument or automatic tuner.

Continuous adjustability and zero position locking of high voltage output voltage through frequency conversion series resonance

The high voltage output voltage should be continuously smooth and adjustable, and can be boosted from zero. The knob for adjusting the output high voltage should have a zero position lock to prevent sudden application of high voltage to the test sample when the adjustment knob is not in the zero position.  

Variable frequency series resonance 1.1 times rated output voltage test

Using a simulated test capacitor, adjust it to 1.1 times the rated output voltage and withstand voltage for 10 minutes. At this time, there should be no obvious discharge sound inside the high-voltage insulation (or metal) cylinder of the reactor.
