Requirements for resonance test device testing

HV Hipot Electric Co., Ltd. specializes in producing series resonance (also known as series resonance withstand voltage test device). Next, we will share with you the test requirements for series resonance withstand voltage test device.

1、 Variable frequency series resonance simulation of light load rated voltage test and verification of high voltage output voltmeter indication accuracy.

1) Use a standard AC voltage divider with high measurement accuracy to calibrate the high-voltage output voltmeter and its voltage divider. The error of the standard voltage divider should be less than 0.5%.

2) Zero to zero boost, gradually increase the AC high voltage output voltage to the rated value, check the regulation stability during the boost process, the functions and regulation range of each controller and meter.

3) Try to use a voltage regulator as much as possible for the AC power supply used in the experiment, and its voltage fluctuation should not exceed 1%.  

2、 Frequency conversion series resonance multiple rated output voltage test.

1) Using a simulated light load test capacitor as the test sample, boost the voltage from zero to gradually increase the high-voltage output voltage to 1.1 times the rated value, and maintain it for 10 minutes.

2) There should be no obvious discharge sound inside the insulation cylinder of the high-voltage reactor, and the overcurrent protection device should not operate.

3、 High voltage rated output power and continuous operation test.  

1) Using a simulated test capacitor as the test sample, adjust and boost the high voltage output to reach the rated output voltage and current value according to the normal working mode. Run continuously for 30 minutes during the factory test; During the type test, continuous operation for 45 minutes without any abnormal conditions is considered qualified. Before the experiment, measure the DC resistance value and room temperature value of the reactor winding in a cold state.  

2) During the continuous operation test, the frequency meter reading of the frequency converter should be recorded, and the instability of the output frequency should be checked according to the requirements.

3) Measure the distortion factor of the output voltage waveform (measured through a voltage divider).  

4) The noise test shall measure the product noise in accordance with the requirements of Article 5.14 and GB7328-87.

5) After the continuous operation test, the DC resistance value of the reactor winding should be measured immediately to calculate its average temperature.

4、 Variable frequency series resonant discharge test

Parallel discharge gap on the simulated test capacitor, and simulate the breakdown of the test sample at rated full voltage. The discharge test should be conducted 5 times and there should be no component damage.
