What are the main development characteristics of series resonance (also known as cable withstand voltage test device)?

The series resonant withstand voltage tester mainly consists of a variable frequency control power supply, an excitation transformer, a reactor, and a capacitive voltage divider. The power supply of the frequency conversion technology control system can use imported SPWM digital signal waveform generator chips from China, with a frequency resolution of 16 bits and a frequency precision of up to 0.1Hz between 20-300Hz.

At the same time, the device also adopts orthogonal asynchronous fixed carrier modulation to ensure good output waveforms across the entire frequency band. The power supply adopts advanced IPM modules to ensure the stability and safety of the instrument. After the frequency sweep is completed, the system performs a precise frequency scan with a resolution of 0.01 Hz within the range of ± 5 Hz based on the resonant frequency point discovered at the beginning of the sweep, and finally accurately locks the resonant frequency.

3. Support multiple factor experimental teaching modes. The system supports testing modes such as automatic tuning and manual control, automatic tuning and automatic control, manual tuning and manual control. It is suggested to adopt the “automatic tuning+manual voltage adjustment” mode, which can quickly find the resonance point and control the experimental research process through manual voltage adjustment by oneself, with higher safety.  

4. The system is user-friendly. The testing technical parameters are set, the testing system is controlled, and the test analysis results are displayed on the same screen, which is intuitive and clear, with automatic timing and operation prompt functions. Full touch screen operation display, with test data storage and query functions.  

5. Improve the protection system functions. The series resonant withstand voltage tester has functions such as zero crossing protection (prohibiting system startup when the voltage output control knob is not zero), overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and flashover protection, ensuring the reliability of the system.
