三倍频变压器又叫三倍频发生器,常常用于互感器、变压器以及其他感应线圈的耐压试验当中,例如:电压互感器作倍频感应耐压试验、电力变压器进行分相的倍频感应耐压试验,以及感应线圈式的电气产品作倍频感应耐压试验。在这些耐压试验当中,有哪些事项是需要实验者注意的呢? (1)装置设有过流保护,出厂时设置为额定输出电流的80%。当用于小负荷时,应根据负荷的实际情况重新调整。当升压过程中发生过电流或击穿时,过电流保护动作可保护被测产品,以免引起被测产品事故扩大,应该立即切断三相电源,避免输入电流对三频发电源装置造成损坏。 (2)试验过程当中,样品的容量如果不大,补偿电抗器一般不需要与线路连接。试验产品的电容电流如果过大,则补偿电抗器的两端应与试验产品的两端并联连接以补偿电流,从而起到提高整个测试回路的功率因数以及降低输出电流 (3)由于设备处于过饱和状态,所以对三相线路的接入时间应尽可能短,通常不超过5分钟。测试产品测试时,测试时间不应超过40秒。 (4)当使用三倍频变压器试验装置,所述输出电压由控制箱内接触器线圈电压变成三倍频变压器1/3的输出电压,50HZ电源不能试用于此试验。 以上就是三倍频变压器在试验中需要注意的问题。三倍频变压器操作简单,性能稳定可靠,可以很好的考验试品的绝缘强度以及耐压水平,是保证电力安全不可或缺的测试仪器。
