The oil chromatography analyzer under HV Hipot Electric Co., Ltd. power can help many power workers conduct various power tests more conveniently.
The fault diagnosis of large and medium-sized transformers adopts the following detection methods.
Abnormal judgment of oil chromatography analysis:
1) Detect the DC resistance of the transformer winding.
2) Detect the insulation resistance and grounding current of the transformer core.
3) Detect the no-load loss and no-load current of the transformer.
4) Perform oil chromatography and partial discharge tracking monitoring during operation.
5) Check the operating status of the transformer submersible pump and related accessories. Use an infrared thermometer to detect the temperature distribution on the surface of the transformer oil tank and the temperature at the end joint of the bushing during operation.
6) Conduct insulation characteristic tests on transformers, such as insulation resistance, absorption ratio, polarization index, dielectric loss, leakage current, etc.
7) Insulation oil breakdown voltage, oil dielectric loss, water content in oil, gas content in oil (500kV level), etc.
8) Partial discharge detection after transformer operation or power outage.
9) Detection of furfural content in insulating oil and polymerization degree of insulating paper.
10) Exchange voltage withstand testing and inspection.
11) Oil chromatography analysis.
12) Detection of DC resistance in transformer windings.
13) Short circuit impedance test.
14) Frequency response test of winding.
15) No load current and no-load loss testing.
The test to determine whether the insulation of the transformer is damp should be conducted:
1) Insulation characteristic test. Such as insulation resistance, absorption ratio, polarization index, dielectric loss, leakage current, etc.
2) Testing of breakdown voltage, oil dielectric loss, water content, and gas content (500kV level) of transformer oil.
3) Detection of moisture content in insulation paper.
Test for determining insulation aging:
1) Oil chromatography analysis. Especially the content and changes of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in oil
2) Transformer oleic acid value detection.
3) Detection of furfural content in transformer oil.
4) Detection of moisture in oil.
5) Detection of polymerization degree of insulation paper or cardboard.
Detection of abnormal vibration and noise in transformers:
1) Vibration detection.
2) Noise detection.
3) Oil chromatography analysis.
4) Measurement of transformer impedance voltage.
