The specific operating specifications for the frequency conversion series resonance test device are as follows:
1. When opening the box, the testing personnel shall conduct a detailed inspection of the equipment according to the packing list. If any discrepancies are found between the equipment and the packing list, please contact HV Hipot Electric Co., Ltd. company immediately.
2. This test equipment should be operated by high-voltage testing professionals. Before operation, the operating instructions should be carefully read and repeated operation training should be conducted.
3. The number of test personnel should not be less than 2, and the operation should strictly comply with the safety operation specifications of HV Hipot Electric Co., Ltd. unit regarding high-voltage testing.
4. In order to ensure the safety and correctness of the test, in addition to being familiar with the product manual, it is also necessary to strictly follow the relevant national standards and specifications for the test operation.
5. Each connecting wire must not be connected incorrectly, and the wiring must be connected according to the circuit diagram in the “Precautions” section, otherwise it may cause damage to the testing device.
6. When this device is in use, it outputs high voltage or ultra-high voltage, and must be reliably grounded to ensure safe operation.
7. Before conducting the test on the test object, conduct a lift test on the equipment with a test voltage of 80% of the rated voltage of the equipment.
8. Whether conducting a test on the test subject or a short rise test, the bottom section of the reactor must be separated from the ground with an insulated bracket.
9. When conducting experiments, the distance between the variable frequency power supply and the reactor should be maximized as much as possible to avoid safety accidents.
10. The variable frequency power supply part of this device is in the form of a touch screen. When tapping, it should be light and slow (with a 0-5 second interval between entering the next menu). If the force is too heavy or the speed is too fast, it may not be able to enter the next menu or the machine may not start. Press the reset button and return to the main menu, then restart after a 5-second interval, or directly turn off the power and restart.
11. When setting the parameters of the equipment, the “device voltage” column cannot be changed. “Device voltage” is set in conjunction with the voltage divider during factory testing. If the sampling signal of the voltage divider is changed, the measured voltage will not be the true test voltage, and may be too high or too low, which will affect the withstand voltage test of the test object. Therefore, the tester should record the “device voltage” when starting up to avoid the device voltage being easily checked after misoperation.
12. When conducting tests on test objects with large capacitance or high losses, such as “generators” and cables with a large capacity of more than 1.5km, the system Q value is low. The “output voltage” is set between 30V and 50V. Generally, the “output voltage” is set between 10V and 20V. When conducting tests on cables with a length of less than 500m and below 10kV, a lower excitation voltage should be selected, with the “output voltage” set at 10V. Otherwise, when finding the resonance point, the test voltage will exceed the rated withstand voltage of the test object, and the system Q value will be high, which can easily cause the test object to break down.
HV Hipot Electric Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of series resonance (also known as AC withstand voltage test equipment) and has been engaged in the electrical measurement industry for many years. Its products have first-class quality and welcome customers to come and purchase.
